Regular mail delivery for orders under US$198 through Canada Post is available to shipping addresses in the continental US and Canada at no charge, please note that this shipping option does not come with tracking and is not insured. Delivery is estimated at taking up to 10 business days to arrive.
Upgraded FedEx Ground Shipping is offered for free if your order is over US$198 (to shipping addresses within the continental US/Canada). Delivery is typically in 7 - 9 business days to the continental U.S. and Canada. Your shipping option will be automatically upgraded during checkout once your address is confirmed.
* Please Note: Packages shipped via FedEx within the USA and Canada often require a signature upon delivery unless specified when your order is received.

If your package is addressed to a suite in an apartment building or other multi-unit housing, there is a risk that it may be signed for by someone not authorized to receive your delivery.
Because of this risk, we strongly recommend that you provide an alternate address for shipping destination. Please ensure your package will be shipped to an address where you or someone you trust will be available to sign for it. Replacement costs for packages that are delivered to the wrong recipient are the customer’s responsibility.
Rings are manufactured and shipped from North America. Customers outside of Canada and the United States are responsible for any duty and import taxes charged by their country
Online ordering is completed using our secure, encrypted ordering process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and payments made through PayPal. To order online, add the desired ring(s) to your shopping cart and check out when you are ready.
As you complete the ordering process, be sure and include specific notes and ring sizing instructions (as recommended on our sizing page) in the comments/special instructions section of the form.
Your order will not be given to a ring maker until all information is completed and payment in full is made.
We prefer that you place your order through our website in order for you to verify that all of the details are correct but if you are having issues placing your order we would be happy to assist you.
Once you have all of the information (ring size, style selected, desired titanium finish, etc.) call us at 1-800-490-8281 or 250-769-2129. We will take your order and payment information over the telephone. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, please contact us immediately if there are any errors on your order.
Your order confirmation is sent by email, on the same day for web orders, or the next business day after your order is received for custom order. Please contact us if you did not receive an order confirmation after 2 business days.
Our rings are made to order, crafted to our customers' individual specifications after their orders are processed. If you are ordering a plain titanium ring, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive payment until we have made your ring(s) and they’re ready to ship.
Please note that shipping dates provided in order confirmation emails are estimations based on normal production conditions. During exceptionally busy times we may require an extra 1-2 business days to complete your order. In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting production, your order may be delayed an extended period of time. Please contact us if you haven't received a shipping notification if more than 2 business days have gone since your estimated shipping date.
Rings with special coatings such as Black Diamond Coated rings, or rings with gem settings will require more time than non-coated rings, usually 10 to 20 business days. Completion times for custom rings depend upon the design chosen. Please contact us for an estimated completion time on these rings.
FedEx shipping times refer to the time it takes for a completed order to travel from our address to the recipient. It does not refer to the time it takes to prepare an order for shipment. Express shipping is not available on weekends.
Please check all delivery packaging prior to releasing/signing for it. We are not held responsible for any damage/theft which may occur once the package has been signed for.
If you require your ring by a specific date that is outside the normal shipping information provided here, please specify the date you need your item(s) to arrive in the “Special Instructions” section of the ring order form.
Rush Fees are as follows:
All orders valued under US$200 will have an additional US$20.00 added as a rush fee.
All orders valued over US$200 will have an additional $50.00 added as a rush fee.
We are not always able to meet rush date requirements. A TitaniumRings.com employee will contact you if we are not able to complete your order by the requested date.
In the event that we cannot complete your order by the requested date, we will refund the rush fee.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the style you chose or you need the ring resized or re-crafted for any reason, the rush fee is not refundable and any restocking fees will be applied.
The rush fee is not refundable if the ring has been completed on or before your requested date.
