"To whom it may concern,
I was looking at your titanium rings (which are by the way really cool)
and
was curious as to how you are able to offer such a great price on them.
I
was especially curious as to what off the rack means. Are they of lesser
quality?
Are they something you purchase in bulk from overseas? Are
they
damaged or flawed?
OR are you just able to charge less because of low
over
head, etc.?
I hope to hear from you soon and thanks in advance for your response. I
think we may be interested in ordering from you if everything works out!
Sincerely,
Sara W"
"Dear Sara:
Hello, this is Beth at The Titanium Workshop. Thank you for your
interest in our rings and for taking the time to send us your questions.
We design and craft all of the rings that are sold on our website here
at the workshop. We don't have retail outlets and all of our marketing
is done through the website.
This greatly reduces our overhead.
Our Off-the-Rack rings are a selection of rings that we make in advance
and keep in stock.
They are available in a more limited range of sizes
and options than our custom rings.
Because we can make several of each
ring style at once, our production cost for the rings is reduced.
We
pass these savings on to our customers.
I hope that this information is helpful to you. If you have any other
questions about our rings, please let us know. We'll be happy to assist
you.
Sincerely,
Beth
The Titanium Workshop"
