WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY If your Titanium Workshop product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, The Titanium Workshop will repair such defects free of charge. This warranty is valid only when a new Titanium Workshop product is purchased from us through our website and does not apply to products crafted by The Titanium Workshop but re-sold by other merchants. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding our warranty. Our warranty return policies are designed to ensure our customers the best possible purchasing experience. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse orders that we consider to be an abuse of our liberal return policies OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to a lack of proper care for The Titanium Workshop's line of products. Retain proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by The Titanium Workshop to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service. Please notify The Titanium Workshop of any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery. Shipments returned to us with improper paperwork or customs declarations, or with duties, taxes or freight charges owing will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not cover the following: - Defects that are the result of improper care, maintenance or repair. - Failures that result from abnormal strain, neglect, modification or accidental damage. - Products purchased from merchants other than The Titanium Workshop. - Products no longer owned by the original purchaser PLAIN TITANIUM BANDS FROM OUR SPECIALS PAGE (http://www.titaniumrings.com/specials.html): Plain titanium bands from our Specials page are referred to as Off-the-Rack rings. A metal origin document is provided for all Off-the-Rack titanium rings. Off-the-Rack rings can be returned to us at any time for refinishing. This is a service that we provide free of charge. Please note, though, that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping the ring to and from the workshop. Any Off-the-Rack ring which presents noticeable deformation, bending or denting that might occur with normal wear will be repaired or replaced. If customer's submitted size was incorrect on an Off-the-Rack ring that has not been engraved, the ring can be exchanged for one of a different size at no cost other than the cost of shipping within 30 days of receiving the ring. If the ring has been engraved, a US$15.00 refurbishing fee will be charged on the returned ring. This fee will also apply to any ring returned in other than excellent condition (the condition that it was when we shipped it to you). If an Off-the-Rack ring is exchanged for a different size more than 30 days after it was delivered a 30% return charge will be applied, plus the refurbishing fee if applicable. As with all of our rings, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping an Off-the-Rack ring to and from The Titanium Workshop. OUR RETURN POLICY: We will not accept returns from customers unless they contact us first for shipping instructions. Packages will be refused at our address if shipping instructions are not followed exactly.
