Hello Tanya,Colleen I would like to thank you for the rings you made for me and Ilka they are fantastic, Unfortunatly we made a small mistake when we were measuring the ring for Ilka it is at the moment 16mm inside diameter and is slightly too small. The problem is the ring is too tight to pass over the joint. We have sent the ring back to your workshop in the hope that you can make it a little bigger,17.6mm(55 std European size) would be the correct size.We are very sorry for this mistake and hope you can help us.If it is not possible to make it so much bigger please let us know. Hello, my name is Ivan S and my fiancee is Tamara G. We ordered Polished Aria wedding bands in Aircraft Grade Titanium. We just received them yesterday morning. THEY ARE JUST FANTASTIC! Even your website pictures as great as they are, can not do them justice! And price!!! We sampled titanium wedding bands in the mall. Only two of about seven jewelers are carrying them! They do not look even close as good or sophisticated and they were starting at $800.00 US!!! When we were ordering from your company, I thought it was a scam when I saw your pricing! We went back to those stores that showed us their inventory reluctantly. They just about had heart attacks when they saw these rings. They asked about the price. We giggled, told them to cut their price to one third and then showered them with the fact that it was for both rings! Paramedics, anyone! They do not understand. It is not just about price, but quality and reputation of a craftsmanship of a company that does so many different models out of one of hardest materials known to man, daily! We'll be back for those anniversaries. Oh, yeah, expect a flood of inquires from California. Word of mouth is spreading faster than a virus. Thanks a million! Fred, The ring arrived this morning just as promised. I can see that I chose the right ring makers. It is absolutely gorgeous. We did a quick test fit, with her eyes closed of course, and the size is dead on. I dropped it off at a local jeweler this afternoon to have a sappire set into it. (As a side note, sappire gets its blue color from titanium trapped in the corundum mineral matrix. Titanium set in titanium!) Dear Fred: Our rings arrived today. Andrew looovvess his, and didn't want to take it off!! Mary is lukewarm, but that's a better responce than most other rings would allow. The problem is: big knuckles, skinny fingers, and I am a Physiotherapist so work with my hands "naked" most of the time. I am hoping that my skinny fingers will soon be filled out by the summer heat, and hopefully pregnancy [God willing]. This way, I won't need a ring cutter!! There were a number of things I was extremely impressed by your services and they are as follows: (1) I was really relieved when you replied so quickly to my order (you responded to my request either on the same day or the very next day). I've never ordered anything from the internet before and I was really apprehensive about giving out my credit card information but because you responded so quickly (actually, the fact that you even responded was a real relief) it made me feel as though my information was safe with a reliable person. It is exactly what I expected. Having never worn a ring before, I was a little nervous about the size (about the only part of the process that I could not leave to you guys, the experts). I followed your recommendations and was sized at a local jeweler using the same width of ring, but I was not certain how tight or loose it really should be. The jeweler just said it was a matter of personal preference. When my Ti ring showed up, I had just come in from the cold, and I was nervous that I had specified it a little too big. But as my hand warmed up, the ring fit better and better, to the point where I think I got the right size. I am still a little nervous that I might find that it is too small when summer rolls around (and the ambient temperature rises), but I am guessing it will still be perfect. It has been a pleasure doing business with you guys, you did exactly what you promised (actually, you were even a little faster!) and I could not be more pleased!
